Ask them not to be cheap or ask them to use at only certain time periods.

open the hard ware tab on the control pnel and select your modem and set an access pass word, If your modem allows you, set up a wep key, otherwise contact your ISP for advice.

Type in Your Routers IP Address in To Any Web browser in your Home PC\Laptop. (linksys is like 192.168.1.1) a message box Pops Up asking User Name + Password: they are both “admin” (with out quotations). You’ll See a webpage for your router. There Should be a tab saying Wireless. then a subtab after that saying “WireLess Security” Set it to a common Security System like WEP. (Note: This may not work in all WiFi Devices. i think some devices like Nintendo Wii Do Not support Connection Encryption. If it’s Just for Home Networking… You Should be fine!

Upgrade all your walls with radio absorb material. You can block the wave from sneaking out your house so nobody else can use them :P

Use the configuration utility for your wireless modem and enable WPA encryption (not WEP as previously stated it’s too easily cracked)
