I tried 192.168.1.1 in the address bar and it is not working. Keeps saying taking to long to find. Help my neighbor is making me crash because he keeps getting on.

I am assuming a windows box.
get a dos window up.
type ipconfig /all
It should show you your ip address and the ip address of the default gateway. Use the ip address of the default gateway as the address in your browser to get to the router.
You might need a hard-wire connection to the router to access it. You might also need address (note the “s” asking for a secure http connection.
If all else fails hard reset the router to the factory presets (should be a button you can hit with a paper clip), and try again.
